Validation errors for B1 testing

Hello,

Are validation errors due to time and date of visit acceptable for testing and certification or must a developer back date to 2015 visit while testing? (b1_Alice Newman)

Please see attached file and errors listed below.

Error - 

The Effective Time for Notes Section corresponding to the code 28570-0 ( Time Value ) is : 20150622 , but submitted CCDA ( Time Value ) is : 202110180940-0400 which does not match

Error - 

The Comparing Author Time for Note Activity Author Entry for Notes Section corresponding to the code 28570-0 ( Time Value ) is : 201506221100-0500 , but submitted CCDA ( Time Value ) is : 20211116112136-0500 which does not match

Error - 

The Effective Time for Notes Section corresponding to the code 11506-3 ( Time Value ) is : 20150622 , but submitted CCDA ( Time Value ) is : 202110180940-0400 which does not match

Error - 

The Comparing Author Time for Note Activity Author Entry for Notes Section corresponding to the code 11506-3 ( Time Value ) is : 201506221100-0500 , but submitted CCDA ( Time Value ) is : 20211116112136-0500 which does not match

Error - 

The scenario contains Notes data with code 11502-2 , however there is no matching data in the submitted CCDA.

Error - 

The scenario requires Document Level Provenance data of time and/or representedOrganization/name which was not found in the submitted data. The scenario time value is 20150622 and a submitted time value should at a minimum match the 8-digit date portion of the data. The scenario representedOrganization/name value is Neighborhood Physicians Practice and a submitted name should match. One or all of the prior issues exist and must be resolved.

Vendors can work with the ATL directly to change the dates. The ATL has to verify the dates that they entered in the C-CDA document before passing. This is information that they should have already on how to change the test data. 

The last error is because the submitted C-CDA does not contain the test data provided as per the PDF document.
