Clarification on “Encounter Disposition” Requirement for Ambulatory (USCDI v3)

Hi Team,

Just checking — does “Encounter Disposition” need to be captured for Ambulatory encounters as per USCDI v3?

From what I understand, it’s mainly used in inpatient or emergency settings where a formal discharge happens.

Please confirm if it’s required for ambulatory as well.
