C-CDA USCDI V3 VIEWER

Hi All,

I am looking to use a new CCDA viewer for certification.
Are there any specific guidelines for what the viewer should be capable of or in what order the data should be displayed?

Also, if somebody could recommend some open source or paid tools that could do the job.
