Clarification on C-CDA Scorecard Grade Requirement for §170.315(g)(6)

Hello Team,

We are currently working on ONC certification requirements for §170.315(g)(6) Consolidated CDA Creation Performance.

We would like to clarify whether achieving an A+ grade in the C-CDA Scorecard is a mandatory requirement for certification, or whether the primary requirement is that the generated C-CDA document successfully passes the required validation and conformance checks.

Could you please confirm the certification expectation regarding C-CDA Scorecard grades?

The generated CCDA has to pass the required validation as per the validation and certification tools and test procedures that are used by the ATLs. 

The scorecard grade has nothing to do with certification.
