b1 XDR Sending Cases - Stuck at Pending

Hello,

I went to test the b1 Send Using Edge Protocol - XDR ahead of our upcoming testing round, and it looks like it has the same issue we've seen previously where every time we send a document, the test case says it is stuck at pending. This has historically been the case for pretty much all of the sending cases in this section. From our end, it appears that our documents sent have a status of Accepted by Destination, so it appears like we are functionally passing the test, and the site is just not confirming that.

We have had this issue before and would really like to resolve it. Would it be helpful to schedule a call to troubleshoot with both teams?

After testing, we started seeing the sending cases work, just weren't able to fully test all of them. We'll reply here again when we confirmed everything is functioning as expected.

Did you do anything on your end that caused these test cases to start working suddenly? Is it something that you would expect to have to do again in the future?

We are testing again this week, and are experiencing this issue once again. The b1 XDR sending cases, which have been working for the past few weeks, are now getting stuck at a status of Pending. In our system, each message has a status of Accepted by Destination. Could you please look into this or help us troubleshoot? This is urgent as our testing deadline is this Thursday.
