CCDA Scorecard ICD-10-CM issue

We have encountered an issue with the official CCDA Scorecard (https://ccda.healthit.gov/scorecard/). Basically the issue seems to be with the Problem section, ICD-10-CM code F32.A - official validator puts it in 2015 Edition Cures Update Feedback, while our local validator does not, and therefore the score is different on both scorecards. After removing F32.A code from ICD-10-CM data source we get the same score as in the official validator (https://www.icd10data.com/ICD10CM/Codes/F01-F99/F30-F39/F32-/F32.A).
Is it possible that ICD-10-CM code F32.A is missing on the https://ccda.healthit.gov/scorecard/ ? Otherwise, is there a reason why that code (and maybe some other ones, that we did not notice) should be excluded? I am attaching the XML that we used for testing this.
