New Eden wiki

Hello everyone--

as part of the transition Eden ASP => Eden, I have created a new wiki for the
project:

https://eden.sahanafoundation.org

This wiki shall become the primary information resource and knowledge exchange
platform for the Eden community - except for technical documentation for
application developers and system administrators, which will remain in the
handbook that is part of the code base.

We will still have access to the contents of the old wiki at:

http://eden-legacy.sahanafoundation.org

...so that we can carry over things that may still be relevant and useful, but
this server will be archived and shut down at some point in the near future.

Help is wanted:
- with improving UX and visual guidance, i.e. seeking people with experience
in MediaWiki configuration, in particular templates and extensions
- with organizing contents and building up a useful structure

Please hold back with contents proposals while we're still building it up - we
will kick off that process once a meaningful initial structure is in place.
Bullet point ideas will be fine, but no major discussion just yet.
