Eden ASP becomes Sahana Eden

Hello everybody--

it has been decided that Eden ASP will lose its "ASP" suffix, and become
officially the main Sahana Eden project.

Starting the transition, the sahana/eden-asp GitHub repository has now been
renamed as sahana/eden. It will remain the "stable" repository for occasional
snapshot releases, and not be used for active development.

The main development repository nursix/eden-asp has, accordingly, also been
renamed into nursix/eden. So please update your upstream-setting (in .git/
config) if you are working towards this repo.

It will take some time to fix all the references, and until then, there may be
the occasional workflow disruption - I hope that this won't take more than a
week or two, so please have a little patience in the meantime.

Note: the original sahana/eden repository has been archived as /eden-legacy,
so it is still available, albeit read-only:
