Difficulty in Recognizing

Let me first thank you for the useful online software,
According to the different types of the Delphi defined to the eDelfoi, Each of them (Classic multi phased Delphi (traditional- Step by step Delphi), Real Time Delphi, Live -Delphi, Survey/Opinion Poll Delphi (Normal Survey Delphi)) has specific descriptions. But when I start to design question for experts all the types give the same options (Scale 1D, Time Serie, Grouping, Sorting...) with fixed format definition in creating queries and panels, in fact I can not find any difference between their operations.
I really need more explanation and guidance to distinguish their difference in practice.
