using edelfoi as real time delphi for a survey in German?

we are interested in your delphi software. We are a non-commercial research project at the EMF Institute at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Prof. Dr. Lars Gerhold from the FU Berlin recommended you. We would like to conduct a survey in German in the beginning of 2017 (probably starting in the end of January). We would like to include around 50 experts in our survey. Would it be possible to use edelfoi as a real time delphi software? What would it cost? How would you organise the support etc.? I could not find so much information in English on your website. Is it possible to use edelfoi software in any language?

As you are talking about real time delphi, do yo mean live delphi event?
Sorry about the missing English translation, it is an ongoing process. We have the managerial instructions in English: https://edelfoi.fi/help.page. Edelfoi has been used in English panels, but it needs some translations for that.
