The theme of this year’s Oregon Association of School Libraries (OASL) conference is Branching Out! This engaging conference is for all types of educators and will be on October 11 & 12, 2013 at Jesuit High School in Portland, OR.
Highlights include award-winning YA author A.S. King and picture book author/illustrator Kadir Nelson and featured presenters such as Suzie Boss and Peter Pappas. Workshops offer practical ideas relevant to classroom teachers, librarians, technology teachers, and others. Learn how to collaborate effectively to impact student achievement or align curriculum with Common Core.
