Hi all, the eventbrite link is up. Please let me know if changes are necessary. I put the start time at 9am, per Lisa L's request, and end time at 3pm.

Also, I have allowed for up to 5 people to register at once, but require all of their information (name, email and organization), something we noted last time as desired.

Good luck everyone. I hope I can join you the day of, and let me know if you need anything else in the meantime.

John!

Of course! Did not expect you to do so while at work. :)  Now worries...totally appreciate you doing that for us.

Let us know when we are live!

Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

Yes, I know. But he said that he would help with on-line support.

Is that correct, John?

If not...Bill could you launch the edcampLA EventBrite for us? We have yet to do that and need to start to generate buzz!

Let me know. :)

I believe that John has bowed out of the planning this year.

Hi Lisa,

Ok, cool. Let's get that released and registration going.

John can you do that please? Then we can start tweeting and sharing on social media communities.

Let me know!

Hi Lisa,

I don't believe the 2016 event has been created yet.

For timing, per our conditional use arrangement with our neighbors, we can't begin any weekend events until 9:00am, so that would be an excellent start time.

Best,

Lisa

Thank you for this Lisa!

I was going to email you, as I'm a bit concerned that we are so close to the date and have yet to start planning.

First order has to be to open up the EventBrite and start registration!! Bill or John can you get this going so we can tweet this out? Can you also share the EventBrite credentials so we can monitor?

Thanks,
Lisa D

Hi All,

I completely lost track of the Doodle last week and failed to schedule our Hangout. Life has been a mad scramble toward the end of the school year, as I am sure it has been for you as well!

Please accept my apologies and let's try this again. If you could try to let me know your availability today, that would be ideal. Here is the link to another Doodle.  If I haven't received enough responses by the end of the day today, I will assume that tomorrow is too soon, and extend the Doodle through tomorrow as well.

Best,

Lisa
