In case folks want to do the icebreaker on their digital device using a PDF markup app, here's a URL and QR code.
I have 275 1/4 sheet printed copies of the icebreaker, too. Just wanted to put this option out there, too.

Not sure it even needs to be in the slides. I'm going to print one copy to have at the check in table when they pick up the icebreaker paper. If they prefer to save paper, they can scan the code. Or, we can not have a digital version at all.
