Raffle prizes.

Hi All!

Just a reminder that I will be bringing about 10-15 boxes (TCM ones are heavy!) of raffle items and will need help after the opening  transporting to the main room, opening the boxes, and setting the gifts up. 

I purchased black paper bags and paper fling to weigh them down. I will be printing labels to glue on the bags with names of raffle gifts. Those will be ready to go in the am at check in. 

I'm taking the names of sponsors off the confirmed Google sponsor sheet so please update if you can.

So it looks like the google sponsor sheet and the edcampla web site do not reflect the same sponsors. There are more on the spreadsheet. Who is updating the website? That's where I am grabbing icons for the slide shows.

Awesome Moss! I appreciate your help with this.

I'm a bit overloaded right now with book draft deadlines (as is Nicol), chauffeuring my son to school/work who is currently without a vehicle,  and picking up raffle gifts still coming in from vendors.

I'm working on labeling/prepping the bags tonight that will house our raffle tickets.

I have some time tomorrow day if there are last minute things to accomplish. Moss, let me know if you need help w/ anything.

So far on my list are:

icebreaker sheets printed & cut

ozobot couponts printed & cut

bring multiple pads of 2 colors of sticky notes

LMK if there is anything else I can do. Trying to makeup for my AWOLness so far this year. I promise I'll be a rockstar unpacking stuff for Lisa and at the AM registration table! :-)
