Further to our discussion on 20th Sunday 2013, Shaif has spoken to the place in Awisawella and the rates and the facilities were forwarded. please check that out by longing to the EDBA group. Basically, what we discussed was to spend a day out on 4th February 2013 at this place.Those who wish to stay on 4th Night can be arranged for further entertainment. Therefore, please confirm your participation on 4th February 2013 by return for us to proceed with the organizing the event.
Shaif - Please keep the communication with the Hotel.
Rimzan - Speak to Mr. Premarathna and get the head count of the staff wish to attend the event including Lal and the additional fund that he wishes to allocate on this event
Raja - Will get the head count of the batch
Geethal- Please check the available limit of the fund with Indika
Geethal/Indika/Rane - Please try to organize the Boose based on the head count. i will give the head count for those who have a booze
