Dear Friends, 

It seems that the date of convocation is at large. If you guys just leave it for the unit to do, they may take the event with the next batch convocation. Hence, please call Lal and inquire about it continuously. Therefore, please call the unit and make them aware that we wanted the convocation to be held in December 2013 as Lal committed. Please note that whatever it is, sooner the better.
