Dear Batch Mates
Hope you are all well and feeling relaxed with the exams coming to an end. Probably by now all of you have started working on your research reports, and some others on the pending assignments. Wish you all the very best in those endeavors.
With this now we are the point to organizing our final trip (well, the final official one J). After considering facts such as the requirement to get out of the busy city environment, not too far from homes for many, cool and cozy atmosphere, activities and entertainment options, facilities and other, costs (most important one of course) we have narrowed down to the following place to conduct our day outing (which some of you might have visited before)

We are inviting all the Lectures who have been a part of our course and others who have supported us significantly. By incorporating the costs for them to our own day outing expenditure, we see that each one of us would require to bare a value of Rs. 4000/-
If any of you can help in with sponsorships that would be great either in terms of adding more things to do/eat or by reducing overall cost per head. Please do let us know.
We are planning to have the day outing on a Saturday so the next day will be a relaxed one. We will confirm the date soon.
Also some of us are planning to spend the night at the resort on Saturday (for additional extended fun for sure) and if you wish to join please confirm that too. Cost of this would be separate to above, so we will discuss the same once the count is confirmed.

Outing date is fixed to Saturday 20th July. This allows you plenty of time from today to move things around and make the day free for yourselves.

We have informed Premaratne Sir & Dean Sir about the event. They have confirmed their availability on this date, and we will roll out an official invitation to all our lectures and other support staffs shortly.

Kindly make your respective deposits by 25th June.
As discussed before some of us are planning to stay the night over on the day of the event (for some extra fun) and if you wish to participate on this kindly confirm before 13th June. Hotel rooms will be booked accordingly and thereafter we will not be in a position to accommodate late requests. So think fast on this to avoid later disappointments. Also please do note that this will be on a separate budget to the above and will be notified once we have the confirmed list of participants.
