Hi,

To log into EDA Playground, you need to either click on the Google button (which will use an existing Google account) or you need some kind of email address (like a company or university address) that allows you to be identified. Gmail and other freely-available addresses cannot be used. This will be why you are not able to register. (Though if you try, you should get a message telling you this.)
