Code help - UVM not raising objection

Hello all,

I am running the following code in the link below and expecting 10 packets to be printed, but I see only two printed. I also don't see the messages for UVM objections being raised and dropped even though I am passing the run time option +UVM_OBJECTION_TRACE.

Can someone explain why the code is not behaving as expected?
