TL-Verilog support

Hi EP-folk (Matthew, et. al.),

It was pointed out to me that TL-Verilog support is no longer working. This may have been the case for a while, not sure. In any case, it would be very easy to resolve this now. No license and essentially no installation are required; it's just a microservice to call. See https://pypi.org/project/sandpiper-saas/. I'd be happy to help make it happen. Won't take more than an hour. Probably much less.

Also, if EP has an endpoint to open a project, given source code, I can add a link to Makerchip to "Open in EDA Playground". LMK. It would be nice if you would add a similar button. Again, I can help with the endpoint.
