Empty log file

Today, between 15:00 and 15:10, one of my students is getting an emtpy log file and his program is not running.  However, when he sent it to me, it worked fine with all the same settings.  I think this is related to problems reported earlier, but just wanted to tell you that they haven't been fixed for everyone.  He was using a PC and Chrome - just the same as me.  I would be very grateful if this could be investigated and fixed.  Thanks,  Lois

The issue was caused by a server playing up. I took it offline yesterday. Overnight another started playing up the way way. Which server you get allocated is luck of the draw. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The site is particularly busy at the moment, I think this is the issue. So, I have also set up a new server. I might set up some more.
