Unable to Access Commercial Simulators – Account Validation Issue

Dear EDA Playground Support Team,

I have been using EDA Playground regularly for practicing and running my Verilog/SystemVerilog code. Until recently, I was able to run my code without any issues.

However, today when I tried to run my code, I received the following message:

“Your account is not validated. If you wish to use commercial simulators, you need a validated account.”

I was previously able to use the simulator successfully with the same account. Could you please help me understand why I am receiving this message now and assist me with validating my account so that I can continue using the simulator?

Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information for account verification.

My guess is that you have accidently created a second, unvalidated account (perhaps by clicking on the Google button when logged in with a different Google account). Please check that you are logged in with your valdiated account.
