Account validation problem

Hi,

I am having a problem validating an account. I've using the same account for the last 4-5 months and today when I tried to run a simulation, a dialog box with the following instructions pops up:

User Validation Required

Your account is not validated. If you wish to use commercial simulators, you need a validated account.

If you have already registered (or have recently changed your email address), but have not clicked on the link in the email we sent you, please do so. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Or click here to resend the email.

If you have not already registered for a full account, you can do so by clicking below. You will then need to provide us with some identification information. You may wish to save your code first.

I tried validating it via the link, but after clicking the link, it takes me to a new EDAplayground tab and when I try to go to my playgrounds section it says

You do not have permission to view this page

You are not authorized to view this page.

please help me solve this at the earliest time possible, I have an assignment due by the weekend and it involves using EDAplayground

FYI, I've tried using all the commercial simulators since i am doing a project involving UVM, but the issue persists...
