That's how Wikipedia people find one another for collaborative projects, such as portals. I dream of having good mathematics education portal on Wikipedia one day. Right now there's just a category, but not a portal: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Mathematics_education A portal takes a good team a lot of hours, on the ongoing basis. The topic "mathematics" has an excellent portal: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Mathematics
