INTERNSHIPS AT LOCKE HIGH SCHOOL FOR 2010/2011 SCHOOL YEAR
Locke 3 High School, which is located in South LA, is seeking to fill unpaid internship positions to support youth in various subjects during the 2010/2011 academic school year.  Days, times, and content area is flexible. Internship duties include: supporting lead teachers and tutoring students during the school day hours and/or working in our after school program.
Through this opportunity, interns will gain considerable insight and experience working in a school setting and receive direct mentorship from classroom teacher(s) and graduate students.This is a great opportunity for college students looking to pursue a career in education by obtaining valuable, hands-on work experience.
