You may have already seen this, but a friend at TechSoup asked me to help spread the word across Canada to religious communities to let them know that they're now eligible for the same discounts as other charities on Microsoft products from TechSoup. Potentially huge savings for organizations large and small if they're Office users.

From the release:

We have a very exciting announcement - Microsoft has expanded the eligibility for their popular software donations program to include faith based organizations and hospices that were previously ineligible! This has been something we have been working towards for many years so we are very happy to be expanding Microsoft eligibility to these groups.

This means many organizations will be able to request donations of software such as Microsoft Office , Windows operating systems, Windows Server software, and more. These organizations are also eligible for Microsoft’s new program, Office 365 for Nonprofits.
