Share survivors' testimonies during Quebec TRC event

Hi everyone,

Many of our offices are working to support the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, so many of you may know that the Quebec national event is coming up later this week--April 24 to 27. 

You may also know that the TRC is entering its final stretch. It's finished in 2014 so there is a push to raise its profile while we can.

I've been meeting with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Public Education Working Group and one of the ideas that's emerged is to encourage our audiences to tune in to the TRC's live stream as residential school survivors are sharing their testimonies. This is a very powerful way to connect with the event.

I've prepared a little one-pager (attached) that highlights the testimony times and other ways you can connect via social media. I hope this is useful to you as you look for ways to support the TRC.
