Great web design: recommendations?

Hi Ecu Comms folks,

I wanted to pick your collective brain: do you have any website design firms that you would recommend?

I've recently moved to World Vision Canada, where I'm working as a Social Media and Communications Coordinator for the National Church Engagement Team. We're looking to do a graphic design refresh of our churches site. The back end still needs to be WordPress.

If you have any suggestions of awesome people who produce quality product, please pass them along.
