Hi guys,

The teacher of the school, spoke to the principal about the initiative and he suggested they write a formal letter to us. I have attached the letter, you may not be able to open it using a mobile phone as it was a fax. Please treat the letter with the highest level of confidentiality (and respect), unless otherwise agreed upon by the group and the school. Infact, all matters discussed with priviledged information are to be treated in this manner.

They listed the numbers of books needed, however stressed on the phone that we must provide what we can based on our constraints. The letter outlines the general needs of the school and thus should not feel under pressure.

In other news, how is the fundraising and book collections going?

There are a few people on the list who are really quiet, hope we are all in agreement with most things so far.

Sibongakonke, please can you prepare a summary of the "minutes" for Saturday, TRUSTEES please send your ID numbers to Sibongakonke Mama (privately, not the whole group) so that she can add them to the bottom of the minutes. I remember you wrote some notes down at the bank, just to make sure we comply with the requirements this time. ID numbers is all I remember from that list.

Thats all from my side for now.

Best regards,
Akholiwe

Hey Guys

Sorry for being so quiet its just been really busy for me but anyway I am deeplt touched and so sad by the letter that the teacher has sent to us and it is really clear that they need our help. As for me im still trying to get some book but its just hard luck because the people im mostly meeting want me to buy the books for them BUT I'm not going to give up there is still a long way for me to go with this. And also I would really love that we could also try to campaign for a library as well because from the letter I could really see that they are in need of resources.

Regards
