Through simple mindfulness prompts and quiet reflection, participants will explore how each step can bring greater presence and appreciation for nature. This event invites you to reconnect with the environment, calm your mind, and rediscover the beauty that appears when we truly take the time to see.

Students will leave with a planted seed and a renewed sense of grounded, sustainable engagement.
