Join us for a relaxing and reflective workshop to help you reconnect with your inner self and practice self-love.

Take a mindful pause from your daily tasks and show yourself some kindness by creating your affirmation jar filled with self-love to carry with you through the highs and lows. These affirmation jars are filled with positive and encouraging notes written by you to yourself. Whether it’s a reminder of your strength or resilience, a compliment to yourself, or a goal you’re proud of, these affirmations will be there whenever you need a boost.

General Summer Volunteering

In addition to Saturday Morning Live, we've got plenty of other ways to volunteer this summer!

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just want to soak up some sun and do something meaningful, we’d love your help. 🌿

🐛 Join the Garden Buddy Network

Join the Garden Buddy Network! We will connect you with one of the gardens in Isla Vista or on campus you can be their garden buddy! This is a low intensity volunteer program where you will help with watering and weeding. Usually garden buddies volunteer for 1-2 hours at a time when they are free. There are so many benefits to gardening, mentally, physically, and health wise, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to get your hands dirty and help a buddy out!
