Nature Based Self Care Series # 1:

Unplug From Stress

Our technology can sometimes be a tool to stay connected to friends and at the same time keep us distracted from the people around us and communities we live in. Join us for an hour to unplug from our devices and practice reconnecting with our natural surroundings and neighborhood. We will discuss how to use technology in healthy and unhealthy ways. We will also discuss how small shifts in your own behaviors can help reduce your stress.

Time: 3-4pm
