All Competitors,
MHPS (MILE HIGH PRACTICAL SHOOTERS) will be hosting a USPSA level 1 match this Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Aurora Gun Club (301 South Gun Club Road, Aurora, Co). We will be on summer hours for this match (0700 for setup). The first 8 people to arrive by 0730 and actively help with setup will receive a full match refund. Any setup help before the match starts is appreciated.
As of today, the weather for Sunday is looking like 57 and cloudy with some light rain. I will be monitoring the weather and range conditions for Sunday. If the weather continues to deteriorate, I will make a decision by Friday if the match will be canceled before registration opens.
Registration Payment:
Online match registration and payment will only be accepted using Practiscore. Register for the match and pay, after match approval, you will be able to squad. Please squad as soon as you are approved or you will be assigned to a squad. Initially, each squad will be limited and will increase as necessary to a max of 15 per squad. This is done to keep the squads balanced.
Registration opens on Friday, April 24th, 2026, at 1900. Registration closes on April 26th, 2026, at 0500. MHPS now has 5 berms and they are 3-7. Your squad number is the berm you will start on. There will be 5 stages and one classifier.
Per USPSA rules, if you have a USPSA member number, you must enter that number when registering on Practiscore.
If you are a member of the Aurora Gun Club please enter your AGC member number when you register or we have to pay non member fees.
There will be no check in for this match. You must attend the shooter's meeting before the match and then go to your assigned squad/berm.
The match waiver is on Practiscore and you must check the box and accept it to register and participate in the match.
Any junior shooters must have a parent present and both will have to sign a MHPS/AGC written waiver document for the junior shooter to participate in the match.

NEW SHOOTERS:
There will be a new shooter's safety briefing/class at 0730, Sunday morning. Please select the "new Shooter" option during registration. If you don't have a USPSA classification or a yellow safety card, you will not be allowed to participate in this match. Meet with Safety Instructor, Alex Iglesias at 0730 on Berm 3 at the canopy. Please be on time for the safety briefing.

AURORA GUN CLUB RULES:
SPEED LIMIT WITHIN THE RANGE IS 5 MPH. IF YOU GO FASTER THAN THAT, THE AGC RO CAN AND WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THE RANGE. MATCH FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE SHEDS OR SEMI TRAILERS ON THE WEST END OF THE RANGE. ONLY PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS, IN FRONT OF BERMS 3 THROUGH 7, OR IN THE DIRT LOT BY THE TWO CONNEX BOXES. AGC PERSONAL WILL REMOVE ANYONE FROM THE RANGE WHERE PARKING IS NOT APPROVED.
ALL BRASS MUST BE PICKED UP WHEN THE MATCH IS DONE.
SETUP/BOD DISCOUNT:
ECO BOD members can check the ECO BOD box during registration to claim their discount. Abuse of this checkbox by non ECO BOD members will result in disqualification and a potential ban from our matches.
