The SCPS November Match is a GO! (probably)

The SCPS November match is a go for this Saturday, 11/22! SoCo Practical Shooters will be offering you 6 field courses for our final match of the year. We are keeping a close eye on the ever-evolving weather forecast. While it is looking fantastic for Saturday, there’s some uncertainty as to what may happen on Thursday into Friday. If the weather system adversely impacts the range conditions, we will notify everyone by Friday night. The first 5 people who show up to actively help with setup on Saturday morning before 7:30 will receive $20 in cash.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
Registration and payment is online. You will be able to squad after payment.
Only check the discount boxes if you are able to prove you are entitled to them. For example, if you check the USAFA discount box, you will be asked to show your Academy ID at check-in. If you are a BoD member at another club in the section, we will be able to verify that with the other section MDs, etc. Abuse of the discounts is grounds for DQ and/or denial of future registrations at our match.
MORNING CHECK-IN:
Everyone shooting our match will be required to sign PPGC's Liability Release the morning of the match. This is the range’s requirement. Please sign it and get your Tyvek bracelet, which is required to have on your person in order to shoot at PPGC.
Your squad number will be the berm number that you start on.
If you are a new shooter to USPSA, it is required to take the Safety Briefing at 8:30 before you can shoot the match. Please contact me if you need to take the safety briefing. If you are a new shooter and arrive at the range early for the briefing, but it looks like we’re still heavily in the process of setting up, please ask what you can do to help. The sooner we are set up, the sooner we can do the safety briefing. 😊
Remember that we run a cold range. Firearm handling is limited to the Safe Area or under the direction of an RO only. **DO NOT HANDLE YOUR GUN IN YOUR VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT OR YOU GET TO GO HOME EARLY.**

REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS:
Refunds for withdrawals will be given up until 7pm Friday (11/21), when registration closes. After that, we thank you for your donation to SCPS.
