brief ecotypes survey downtime this week

Greetings! As continued work to make the EcoTypes site and survey freely available to higher education institutions, we are doing server maintenance this week, which will result in brief downtime. 

I've notified all current instructors with active group codes and surveys, but if you are using the EcoTypes survey this week and have not been in touch with me, please do so and we'll try to minimize disruption.

Thank you to all EcoTypes participants this year! We now have well over 3000 survey completions in 2025-26; see the data summary if interested.
