small followup MCJD form bugs fixed, plus integral vs. neutral Knowledge

Dear all, hello! We now have nearly 600 EcoTypes survey responses; remember you can view a data summary here. Some of you have also completed the followup MCJD form: one student helpfully pointed out some bugs in the form, and I have just fixed them; lmk if you need details.

I've also decided to slightly reassign the survey result re. integral Knowledge vs. a neutral score (see here for overview). Some of your students may've been assigned (I) [integral Knowledge] even if one of their two Knowledge subtypes was in fact 0; this is now a neutral score, and should confuse less.
