NO PERSON IS ABOVE THE LAW.
AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL DAMAGE:
DAMAGE OR DESTROY ANY PROPERTY WITH INTENT TO ENGANGER LIFE, OR KNOWING THAT LIFE WOULD BE ENDANGERED. (maximum Life Imprisonment)
1. The British Government is paid by the British People to ENACT THE LAW, however:
The British Government has knowingly, and continues knowingly to pass Acts of Parliament allowing un-necessary and unreasonable environmental damage and destruction.
The British Government is therefore demonstrably criminal, and guilty of "AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL DAMAGE" to the environment (max Life Imprisonment).
IT IS UNLAWFUL TO PAY FOR A CRIME TO BE COMMITTED.
IT IS THEREFORE UNLAWFUL TO PAY TAX UNTIL THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT CEASES IT'S CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR.
2. ANY CONTRACT TO COMMIT A CRIME IS A VOID CONTRACT AND IS UNENFORCEABLE IN LAW.
Therefore, any contract between the IMF, the World Bank, any National Government, or any multi-national company etc, to un-necessarily and/or unreasonably damage or destroy the environment, being a contract to commit the SERIOUS CRIME of Aggravated Criminal Damage to the Environment, is A VOID CONTRACT AND IS UNENFORCEABLE IN LAW.
FURTHERMORE, the persons responsible for signing such contracts, knowingly or intentionally, are subject to a maximum of Life Imprisonment.
3. Millions of APPRENTICE SERVED working people are going to work every day, KNOWINGLY damaging and destroying the environment in which they live, their families live, and their neighbours live. Obviously, when given the FREE CHOICE, any reasonable person would rather work to BENEFIT the environment in which (s)he lives, yet there is no such employment available, & which will pay the mortgage or rent contract.
In other words, if (a) millions of members of the workforce would rather benefit the environment, yet (b) they are forced by the mortgage or rent contract to knowingly damage and destroy it, THEREBY ENDANGERING ALL LIFE ON THIS PLANET, then (c) the mortgage or rent contract is UNDULY INFLUENCING and COERCING millions of honest working people to commit the SERIOUS crime of "Aggravated Ciminal Damage" against themselves, their families, and their neighbours.
In CONTRACT LAW, "any contract which unduly influences or coerces a person to commit a crime is a VOID CONTRACT and is UNENFORCEABLE in Law". In other words the mortgage contract is void and unenforceable.
4. Although unlawful changes have recently been made, the British Police Oath is to "Protect Life and Property, and Uphold the Law" (ask any police officer over 35 years of age!).
The most serious threat to Life and Property, AND the most serious breach of the Law, are BOTH due to the threat of un-necessary and unreasonable environmental damage and destruction, that threat being as serious as a threat of world war.
Thus, every British Police Officer, professionally speaking, ought to be a committed environmental campaigner. Over more than 30 years of eco-activism, I have personally spoken to thousands of police officers at eco-demonstrations etc, and they ALL agree they that IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES would be eco-activists, but have to "do as they are told" or they will lose their job.
Hence, many thousands of members of the British Police Force are in the invidious position (1)of having to protect the lives and the properties of PERSONS UNKNOWN who are responsible for damaging and destroying the Planet upon which the police AND their families and children live upon; and (2)of upholding UNLAWFUL statutes which allow those PERSONS UNKNOWN to continue their heinous CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, and then having to deal with the resultant RIOTS in a sensitive and even-handed manner.
Conversely, the "Environmental Movement" (in all it's 40 shades of GREEN), is Protecting Life and Property from the most serious threat to life and property on the planet, and is Upholding the Law from the most serious breach of the Law on the planet, namely "the threat of un-necessary and unreasonable environmental damage and destruction, that threat being as serious as a threat of world war".
Anyone arrested as a Lawful Eco-Activist is being Arrested for Upholding the Police Oath!
