Dear Professor,

Greetings from BTH, Sweden.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in communication. As mentioned earlier, the Vice-Chancellor recently resumed office. Due to some new organizational changes  and ongoing budgetary dialogue with the government in April and May, he is unable to travel outside the country.

To avoid further delays, would it be possible to sign the agreement digitally and plan an in-person delegation for July/August? Alternatively, we could wait and schedule the in-person signing during that period. Kindly advise me which suits best for you, and I will act accordingly.

Thanks in advance for your advice.
