Dear Graduands,

Instructions for Degree recipients (Graduands) attending the Interim session of 64^th Convocation on 28/02/2026

1. Please ensure that there are NO DUES against your name. The Graduands having “Dues” will not be allowed to attend the Interim session of the 64^th Convocation. The degree would be released only after clearance of dues. The dues status can be checked by the student post login on ASC portal.

2. It is mandatory for the Graduand to visit the Academic Office during the period 26.02.2026 to 27.02.2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., (lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.) to earmark participation to receive the degree in person and to collect uttaria, Invitation Card, Transcriptb and Lunch Coupons. Please note that the degree certificates will be awarded only to those Graduands who have earmarked their participation.

3. Please note that entry to the Convocation Hall will be against the Invitation card only. The Lunch coupons need to be used to collect lunch packets from the Kshitij garden (behind the convocation hall), after the ceremony.

Reporting Time :

For Rehearsal: Graduands are required to report at the Convocation Hall at 3.00 p.m. on 27.02.2026.  Please note that only those Graduands who mark their attendance and participate in the rehearsal will be allowed to attend the Interim session of the 64^th Convocation scheduled on 28.02.2026.

For the Main Event: Graduands are required to report at Convocation Hall at 9:30 a.m. on 28.02.2026 and occupy the allotted seat. The seating plan will be made available on the Academic homepage: https://www.iitb.ac.in/newacadhome/convocation/index.jsp
