Dear Students,

I hope this email finds you well. Please find attached the TA duty schedule for the Spring Semester, 2025-26.

Kindly note the following:

It is the responsibility of the TAs to contact the concerned faculty as per the courses/duty assigned to them as soon as possible.
Please share your contact details with the respective instructors at the earliest.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you have been assigned a course that you are crediting.

Please note: Incoming first-year PhD students may be assigned invigilation duty for the core courses if and when required owing to a shortage of TAs.

Please refrain from taking leave, especially during the mid-sem and end-sem weeks.

In case you are on leave, please ensure you assign a substitute TA and provide their contact details to the concerned faculty well in advance.

Please note that absence for TA duty without any intimation/substitution will result in a penalty of at least a day's stipend.

Your cooperation is solicited for the smooth running of the courses.
