The LED lights in the front bumper have a black housing.... if it was a SHO
that housing would be chrome, and there isn't a spoiler.

Rims don't mean anything.... I've seen several non-SHO's with the wheel
upgrade and looking at Taurus and SHO images online you will see several
different wheels on both models.

Here's a SHO and a non-SHO with the same wheels... snagged these on google
images.

Dave, Rick, I didn't look for the spoiler and you are right, it doesn't
look like it is there.

I called the detective in charge and left a message for him, seemed
important if they were looking for the wrong car.

I called and left a message as well, describing the details I had noticed
about the car and suggesting a follow up with someone at Ford who might
actually know what they are looking at.... lots of wasted resources if they

are looking for the wrong car.

1. ses wheels
2 no chrome around tail lights (sho only)
3. corner lights are not silver they are black in color. (SHO Only)

Just being Jon for a second here..

89-90-91-92 came with out spoilers.. the Correct way to say that would be
that you can not buy EcoSHO, 2010 and up without a spoiler..

Also I agree but I would bet my left nut (bob you may have to give it up)
that Rods car (CT car) does not have one. His SHO was the SHO that raced in
Epping the week after the convention was over.. Silver one on Youtube.

I tried blowing it up, didn't come out much better but for sure there is
chrome trim on the mirror, that for sure says NON SHO..

Not that our emails did anything for the details of the crime anyway.. I did
get a thank you letter from the editor of the paper. But they report what
they are told..

Funny that all this same up as I have a black SHO (v8) that drove in last
night for a cam weld.. 49k miles.. and he is from Gary Indiana.
