*Decentralizing Wealth and Mobilizing a Generation to Restore Mother Earth*

Join Myra Jackson
<https://www.earthregenerationalliance.com/lightboxmyra-l-jackson> of the Earth
Regeneration Alliance (another ERA!)
<https://www.earthregenerationalliance.com/>—alongside colleagues Mandy
Magill <https://www.earthregenerationalliance.com/lightboxmandy-magill>, Jarrod
Ferstl <https://www.earthregenerationalliance.com/lightboxjarrod-ferstl>, Ben
Clark <https://www.earthregenerationalliance.com/lightboxben-clark>, and Ross
Hostetter <https://www.earthregenerationalliance.com/lightboxross-hostetter>—for
a generative Town Hall session exploring the design and emergence of new
pathways of resourcing ecological healing and intergenerational stewardship.

This conversation will share the foundational ethos of Earth Regeneration
Alliance; and introduce a living framework to *decentralize wealth*
and *empower
the next generation of Earth restorers*—especially Gen Z—to step into
regenerative leadership. Grounded in deep listening to the needs and wisdom
of communities most impacted by ecological degradation, this approach
centers relationship, reciprocity, and shared care over bureaucratic
process. Its purpose is to *support ecological succession and the return of
vitality to the Earth’s most vulnerable ecosystems*.

Instead of rigid grant structures or extractive funding paradigms, the Earth
Regeneration Alliance initiative is cultivating a *regenerative field of
giving*—one that flows through trust, coherence, and shared intention. In
the months ahead, this evolving field of support will nourish local
projects across bioregions, delivering resources *without the burdens of
grant administration*, while uplifting community autonomy and honoring
ancestral and place-based wisdom.

This session will also highlight key learnings from the Global Restoration
Collaborative <https://www.ecorestorationalliance.org/grc>, initiated by Phoebe
Barnard <https://www.linkedin.com/in/phoebe-barnard/>, and open space for
new collaborators to engage. Together, we’ll explore how a decentralized
approach to resourcing Earth care can become a *living current*—one that
restores ecological well-being, revitalizes community, and reweaves our
place within the sacred web of Life

*11th - 24th of January, 2026*

*Rajasthan, India*

This January we embark on an unforgettable journey to India, to see first
hand the river revival and landscape restoration that has taken place there
over the past 4 decades. We’ll learn the traditional water wisdom of the
region, from the waterman of India himself, while being immersed in the
local culture. This trip provides a unique opportunity to learn from and
travel with one of the great leaders of our time, a hero of water cycle
restoration, Dr. Rajendra Singh.

*The November 15th deadline to join this trip is just over two weeks away.
Please don’t wait to register, we don’t want you to miss out on this once
in a lifetime opportunity.*

We’ve added the option of a deposit for people who can’t pay for the whole
trip all at once. Have you reviewed the ticket page and still have
questions if the trip is a good fit for you? Use the links on the ticket
page to book a call with someone from our team.

This webinar shares the story of this place, and the details for this
once-in-a-lifetime trip to India. Learn about *Indigenous Water Wisdom,
Community Driven Decentralized Water Retention,* and how these two together
have transformed a landscape during our two week workshop through Rajasthan.

This adventure will take you to villages where once-dry landscapes have
been brought back to life through water harvesting and community action.
Together with Zach Weiss and the Water Stories team
<https://world.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e4a460dbfab49d1b4cfecf48f&id=318c1ef34c&e=258b1a5fe0>,
we’ll *study proven techniques for water cycle restoration, see their
impact firsthand, and reflect on how these approaches can be adapted
elsewhere.*

This workshop is for people who want to see what water cycle restoration
looks like on the ground. We’ll visit villages and landscapes across India
where *community-led projects have brought rivers back, recharged
groundwater, and turned degraded land into fertile ground* again. You’ll
learn directly from Rajendra Singh and the Tarun Bharat Sangh team
<https://world.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e4a460dbfab49d1b4cfecf48f&id=15dc80a26e&e=258b1a5fe0>,
along with the people who made these changes possible, while exploring how
their approaches can inform restoration efforts around the world.

In the driest region of India, Doctor Rajendra Singh was up against
enormous challenges. The farmland in his region had turned to desert, water
sources had gone dry, and all of the young people from the villages had
migrated to the cities for work. Watch Reviving Rivers to learn how
Rajendra turned the issues around water into the work of a lifetime.

In the Chambal region of India Dr. Rajendra Singh helped this region
transition from violence and despair, to peace and prosperity. This was
done by working with water and nature, using indigenous knowledge of
traditional water harvesting techniques, implemented by local communities.
