1. Cooking for Family Promise
Thanks to all of you who prepared those fabulous chickens for the Community Dinner last night as well as to the great crew who cleaned up the kitchen so well and so quickly. What a great night!!
I'd like to ask one of you top chefs for another favor. I still have one night left, next Thursday, March 24 to fill for preparing dinner for
the families being hosted by The Interfaith Hospitality/Family Promise program at the Bountiful Community Church. The project involves bringing a cooked meal (main, side/salad, desert. . . . all your choice) to the church at 5:45pm - 6:00pm and helping to serve it to the guests. There are expected to be about 8-9 mouths to feed (+ a few babies). You'll be done by 7:00PM and, best yet, the meal doesn't have to involve a chicken!
I'll also be there to help out should you need me. Let me know if you can help!
