i think it may actually be over 8 billion. either way 100 billion
or 2 billion, not good news. Bush has said that the deficit doesen't
matter. he also thinks we can pay our troops, but not actually pay it,
just put it into the deficit. no wonder his ratings are so low. he's a
numbskull! what needs to be done to get America a solid foundation?
