IDinsight Associates are high-performing early career professionals with 0-3 years of work experience. Associates move seamlessly between responsibilities of supporting program design, planning and conducting analysis of rigorous impact evaluations, managing large field teams, and liaising with client and stakeholder counterparts. Associates are based full-time in their country of assignment. The role offers significant responsibility, professional development and exposure to the dynamic context of decisions in the social sector.
For candidates with more work experience and a higher degree, the Senior Associate position may be considered. Senior Associates are given increased responsibility commensurate to their abilities.
