We are looking for a Rockstar Coder for startup HospiTotal who shall work as a partner and shall be made CTO (Chief Technology Officer) basis early performance.
Compensation: Sustenance salary + Equity (upto 20%)
Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

HospiTotal is a healthcare startup to discover doctors using social recommendations. It has been started by alums of IIM and MDI and is about to close seed funding within the next month. We are looking for a full stack developer, who will help us build Web and mobile web portal for HospiTotal
· Take ownership of product development
· Develop technical solution and technical design
· Develop and own server side applications using latest web technologies (PHP, Python)
· Define future technology choices for HospiTotal through rigorous R&D for both front-end and server side technologies
Requirements:
- IIT/BITS Computer Science Graduate with at-least 3 years of independent Web development experience
- Ability to plan core architecture, and to enhance it from time to time
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis
- Thorough knowledge of node.js, core php, HTML, CSS, MySQL
- Prior work experience in a platform based company will be beneficial
The role shall develop into that of a CTO, given early performance.
