Dimond Area Zoning Update Meeting - Dimond Library 4/7 at 7pm

The Dimond Improvement Association will host a meeting at the Dimond Library (3565 Frutivale Ave, 2nd Floor) on Wednesday, April 7 from 7-8:30pm. The topic will be residential and commercial zoning proposals for the commercial and residential areas of the Dimond District as proposed for the city-wide zoning update. This meeting will also be an opportunity to view draft zoning maps, showing proposed zoning districts for residential and commercial areas in the neighborhood.  This meeting will discuss zoning regulations, including commercial uses, residential densities, height limits and setback requirements.  Planners from the City's Planning and Zoning Department will be available to answer questions. All property owners, merchants, and residents are invited and encouraged to participate.

We encourage you and your neighbors to get the word out that this is an important meeting to attend!
