I feel that we are going through this in a nice fashion.  Basically I see the group in the:

 

Creative stage (formalizing ideas)------>Logistical Stage (are ideas viable)----------->Legislative Stage (Government involvement)----->Finance Stage (help get funding for business if possible)  and finally the ----->The Completion Stage (Ribbon Cutting)

 

 

I hope this will assist in developing Fruitvale (Dimond District and others).  There are probably more stages, please feel free to contact me to add to this flowchart.

Thanks for the flow diagram, this can be very helpful to seeing the process and monitoring progress. I think pooling the ideas and working them through the Logistical stage will result in a work flow specific to each idea, stages related directly to carrying out that specific idea or project.  It may be helpful to create flow diagrams for the 4-6 current ideas the ED committee feels are viable, allowing project managers to be designated and enabling new or veteran volunteers to be plugged in to the stages as needed (or requested).
