All,

We are pleased to announce that submissions for PET16 in Rio de Janeiro can now be made via the conference website at http://eventos.fgv.br/en/pet-16. The website also contains registration and travel information.

The Association for Public Economic Theory and The Department of Economics at Deakin University are proud to sponsor the APET workshop on Democracy, Public Policy and Information.

This workshop has benefited from funding from the Office of the DVC-Research at Deakin University.

The workshop will be held on the 18th and 19th of July 2016 at the Deakin University’s City Conference facilities in Melbourne.

Confirmed keynote speaker is Cesar Martinelli (George Mason University). Participants are expected to arrive in Melbourne on the 17th of June for a welcome dinner and an early start on the 18th.

A selection of the papers presented will be included in a special issue of the Journal of Public Economic Theory to be edited by Cesar Martinelli and Jaideep Roy. Selected papers will be subject to JPET’s standard refereeing process.

Deadline for submission of papers is May 10th, 2016.

Papers and any questions can  be submitted to Cesar Martinelli (cmar...@gmu.edu) and Jaideep Roy (jaideep...@gmail.com).
