Trong khuôn khổ Báo cáo Phát triển Việt Nam (2014), Ngân hàng Thế giới (WB) và Phòng Thýõng mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) thực hiện một cuộc khảo sát về sự thay ðổi trong nhận thức của ngýời Việt Nam ðối với vai trò của thị trýờng và Nhà nýớc. Mục tiêu của phiếu khảo sát là thu thập các dữ liệu và thông tin về vai trò của nhà nýớc cũng nhý về vai trò và ðịnh hýớng cải cách theo hýớng thị trýờng ở Việt Nam ðể các nhà hoạch ðịnh chính sách có thể sử dụng.
Cuộc khảo sát này ðýợc thực hiện ðối với các cá nhân công tác tại các lĩnh vực và thành phần khác nhau trong xã hội. Cuộc khảo sát tìm kiếm những ðánh giá từ những cá nhân ðiển hình và ða dạng trong xã hội, nhý những ngýời làm việc trong khu vực tý nhân cũng nhý những ngýời làm trong khu vực nhà nýớc, từ Chính phủ, cõ quan Ðảng ðến các doanh nghiệp thuộc sở hữu Nhà nýớc.
Kính ðề nghị ông bà dành 5 - 7 phút ðể ðiền vào phiếu, xin vui lòng thể hiện quan ðiểm cá nhân của chính ông/bà, không thể hiện quan ðiểm của tổ chức hay doanh nghiệp nào mà ông/bà ðang công tác hay ðang liên quan.

As part of the Vietnam Development Report 2014, the World Bank (WB) and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) are jointly undertaking a survey to understand the changing attitudes in Vietnam towards the role of the market and the state. The objective of this survey is to collect data and information that can be used to inform Vietnamese policymakers about the role of the state and market-based reforms in Vietnam.
The survey is being sent to individuals living in Vietnam – in different occupations and walks of life. We are seeking the views of a wide cross-section of people – for example, those working in the private sector as well as those working in the public sector such as the government, party, and state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
We are also seeking the views of the development partners. We will appreciate if you can fill in the questionnaire and also forward it to at least 10 senior staff in your agency (national and international) for them to respond to the survey. It will take less than 10 minutes to fill in the questionnaire. The questionnaire is available in both English and Vietnamese. You could complete the survey by visit the web site www.surveyonline.com.vn, downloading and filling up the questionnaire file and send it through one of the following three ways:
